REFUND POLICY

Within 30 calendar days of the Program Start Date, you may request a refund of the amount you paid for the Program. The Program Start Date is defined as the first day the Company provided you access to Module 1 of the Program. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate the following to the Company’s satisfaction:

All course materials released prior to date of refund request must have been watched, read, or otherwise consumed, as indicated by completion reports in Teachable (the online course platform). Any fill-in-the blank worksheets or check lists released prior to date of refund request must be completed and submitted.

Requests for refunds will not be honored 30 calendar days after the Program Start Date and any outstanding balance owed to the Company for the Program must be paid in full.
